Our Funds
Acorn has two live funds that focus on small to mid cap investment opportunities.
The Acorn Funds are structured as en commandite limited partnerships. This causes Acorn to accept unlimited liability on the investments made by the partnership while the other partners (the Limited Partner investors) assume limited liability. The structure also allows only 19 partners to invest alongside Acorn into the partnerships. This ensures exclusivity and a close relationship with our investors. Both funds are actively raising funds and both funds are actively pursuing investment opportunities.
